Shipping and Returns
At this time, all jewelry and brooches are made to order and is shipped via Canada Post within 5 business days of purchase. You may choose between three Canada Post shipping options at checkout:
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel - standard
- Canada Post Xpresspost - faster
- Canada Post Priority - fastest
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Following your purchase, you will receive two emails from us:
- A confirmation email with a a receipt immediately after purchase
- A shipment notification email within 5 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be included.
If you need to adjust your order, you can contact us with instructions before receiving shipment confirmation email.
Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and may be collected by the individual destination country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's specific customs policies.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order receipt. Contact us to initiate a return.
Once your request is submitted, we will be in touch with further instructions.
Please note, product must be in original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Please note for requested returns or exchanges outside of Canada, the return shipping charge is the responsibility of the client.
